A Call To Courage

So often in life, we are being asked to call up our courage – to call up our courage to say no to certain things, to call up our courage to begin again, or to call up our courage to commit to something that feels essential on our journey. And right now, we are being asked to courageously release what does not feel essential in order to create space for new beginnings. Every day is a new possibility, all we need is the courage to begin again.

This is a call to courage, an invitation to action, and a reminder of the power and strength that already resides within you. What can help you call up your courage? And what allows you to reconnect with your power and ability to create change for yourself? Set your boundaries and eliminate what is not essential so that you can create space for something new to come in. Go plant those seeds of courage and change in your life.
